220.16 is a serious Class B felony charge. It is difficult to say what he would be facing especially with a prior arrest. For certain it would be most highly recommended to have an experienced lawyer defending him and preserving his rights in court. It would also greatly increase the chance of lowering the charges and working out an acceptable plea. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
