Challenge #2- The Stair Climb
Back by popular demand, the stair climb- easy enough to do in your own home or make it challenging and climb the stairs at Alum Creek. ?Climb 20 flights (1 flight = 32 steps, 16 up and 16 down). ?Stair steppers at the gym do not count.
Receive 1 point for completing the challenge of 20 flights and posting your picture on the OFAC Facebook page.
BONUS: ?If you choose, climb more than 20 flights. A bonus point will be awarded to the person who climbs the most flights. ?Report your highest flight climb on the OFAC?Facebook page?(flights must be at least 32 steps-16 up & 16 down).
Remember; please post your pictures on Facebook to receive credit by Sunday, January. 13.
