Wearing a faux hawk and fake tattoos on his arms, Paul Damico fooled workers of Moe?s Southwest Grill into thinking he was just another burrito-rolling employee.
The president of Atlanta-based Moe?s went in full disguise for reality television show ?Undercover Boss.? For four seasons, the show has asked executives to go undercover and work along side their employees for an up-close look at operations.

The show airs at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, on CBS Television Network.
Damico played a failed fine dining restaurateur looking for new opportunities. He traveled to several Moe?s restaurants throughout the Southeast.
"It's not every day you're given the opportunity to take an inside look at your business without any filters,? he said. ?I wanted a chance to see why Moe's is standing out in the marketplace and what we can improve on as a leader in the fast casual restaurant industry. I walked away from this experience extraordinarily proud of our crew members and the operations team throughout our restaurant organization."
The television show airs just as Moe?s is in a period of rapid growth.
The fast-casual chain was established in Atlanta in 2000, and today has about 500 locations in 34 states. Only four are company-owned; the rest are franchises. New restaurants are opening at a pace of about one every six days.
